Hello again, naturally!
I simply want to wish you all a joyful New Year filled with love and peace. I had intended to finish an article I began a few weeks ago, but right now I am fully occupied with the current events in Iran. This situation seems quite serious this time (hopefully!).
However, as I observe the events, the other parts of the world handle it very carefully, as I haven’t heard any news about it on German TV, until the “President of all time”, Trump, told the Mullah’s regime: Don’t kill people, otherwise I will get you!
That was like a green light for the global “Free Press?!” to discuss and highlight this event in their coverage. Even the late Shah’s prodigal son has spoken out (after remaining silent all this time) and thanked Trump for his threat.
So, this year seems promising; let’s hope for the best! Take care, stay healthy, and stay blessed.

From my distant perspective, it seems the people of Iran have been ‘caught between a rock and a hard place’ As The U.S. sanctions Iran, pressuring the regime to capitulate, the economic pain is passed along to the average citizen… I wish only but the best for the people of IranβΒ that they may have civil liberties like I have in America. The media depicts the protests as primarily economic, but that’s not the sole reason; the Islamic regime executes between fourteen and over twenty young people every day, which is horrifying! π

Political prisoners, and of course especially executions, are deplorable and illegitimatizes the regime on that basis alone. “People should not be afraid of their government, governments should be afraid of their people.”!πΌ Go, people of Iran!βπ

OH, and the oil they get from the wells in Venezuela will pay for it.
Maybe Iran is next?
Maybe Canada? (he has been threatening us since day 1, he needs our rare minerals)

So it is, dear friend; he poses a danger to the world, not just the US. However, I don’t think Iran will meet the same fate as Venezuela because I believe the Islamic regime is aligned with major Western interests. The regime in Iran will eventually change, but I hope it doesn’t come under the control of another dictator.
